Last week,There was a great Hindu religious festival in Nepal called Shiva Ratri. It is special for God Shiva.Many devotees and holy men come different part of Nepal and India.The Babas (holy men) were the main attraction at the temple of Pashupati. many young people were seen having hashish with holy men.some babas and small kids also were selling hashish openly.It is illegal, however police were loose for this day.Many foreign tourist also seen having hashish with Babas.
